保修说明 Warranty description
就本文件附随的产品做如下保证:
The following warranties are made with respect to the products attached to this document:
a、如产品在您购买日起十二(12)个月(“保修期”)内，在正常使用情况下因质量瑕疵发生损坏，能修理的，免费修理;经厂家确认无法修理的，免费更换。
If the product is damaged due to quality defects under normal use within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase ( "Warranty Period"), it can be repaired free of charge;If the manufacturer confirms that it cannot be repaired, it will be replaced free of charge.
b、修理或更换后的产品，在剩余保修期(最短不少于30天)内继续享有保修。
Repaired or replaced products, in the remaining warranty period (minimum not less than 30 days) continue to enjoy warranty.
c、如申请保修，请先致电产品服务热线或向官方售后邮箱发送邮件，并按我们引导的方式执行。
If you apply for warranty, please first call the product service hotline or send an email to the official after-sales mailbox, and follow our guidance.
d、申请保修时，您需要提供准确、完整和清晰填写的有效销售发票。
When applying for warranty, you need to provide an accurate, complete and clearly filled valid sales invoice.
e、以上保证不适用于下列情况
The above warranties do not apply in the following cases:
1、超过三包有效期的;
Beyond the warranty period;
2、涂改保修卡、产品编码与产品本体不符;
Modify the warranty card, product code and product body does not match;
3、因误用、滥用或不适当的运输、使用、维护或保管而导致的故障或损坏;
Failure or damage caused by misuse, abuse or improper transportation, use, maintenance or storage;
4、因不可抗力(如地震、战争、火灾等)或意外导致的故障或损坏;
Failure or damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquake, war, fire, etc.) or accident;
5、铰链、塔扣等因受力过大而损坏;
Hinge, tower buckle and other damage due to excessive force;
6、因承载过重造成的损坏;
Damage caused by excessive load;
7、任何因尖锐物体造成的损坏;
Any damage caused by sharp objects;
8、有烧损或水浸迹象的产品;
Products with signs of burning or flooding;
9、因擅自拆改导致的损坏;
Damage caused by unauthorized demolition;
10、产品正常使用过程中发生的老化、脱色、磨损、破裂和其他损耗;
Aging, decolorization, wear, breakage and other losses occurring during the normal use of the product;
11、如产品原有标识标签被更改或损毁，本保证将失效;
If the original identification label of the product is changed or damaged, this warranty will be invalid.
说明 Instructions:
①购买日以销售发票日期为准;如无法确定购买日，则保修期自产品生产日期起按十三(13)个月计算;
The date of purchase is subject to the date of sales invoice; If the date of purchase cannot be determined, the warranty period shall be calculated for thirteen (13) months from the date of manufacture of the product.
②产品及随附物料的齐备和外观完好不属于保证范围，您应在接收产品时当场检验并对任何不符提出异议;

产品安全说明
在使用本产品前请阅读所有的指示和警告，不规范使用将会给产品或人身安全带来损害。
1.产品内含电池，请勿将本产品暴露在强日照或暖炉等过热环境中。请勿将本产品储存在高温，强光及强磁场环境下。
2.产品不可放置在火源附近等恶劣环境中，禁止敲击、投掷、践踏、挤压或投入火中，若出现鼓胀，请勿使用。
3.产品使用环境温度:0~45℃。
4.请勿违反产品说明书不恰当使用，造成产品损坏或危及人身财产安全，后果自行承担。
5.非专业人员严禁分解本产品，否则可能会导致起火，甚至彻底损坏本产品。
6.请勿使用超出本产品输出电流负载(用电器)，超出负载会自动停止工作。
7.请定期用干净的棉布对耳机充电触点进行清洁，以避免因长期不清洁导致耳机出现无法充电或开机的情况。
8.请勿将本产品置于水中(或洗衣机中)，若产品出现进水情况，请等待其自然晾干后再使用。

1、除说明书有特殊标示的操作方式以外，请勿尝试拆卸或更换产品内的任何零件;

2、请勿将产品放入水中或其他任何液体中，除非此产品明确说明具备浸入式防水设计;

3、如果有任何液体不小心进入产品内时，请立即断开连接并移开此产品;
